WHAT IS A COURT?
1. A Court is a place where Justice is administered.
2. Justice is "the protection of rights and the punishment of wrongs".
3. A Court must "vindicate men's rights and encourage just causes".
4. A Court is constituted by a Judge and a Jury.
5. A Judge swears an Oath of Office to "do right to all manner of people according to the law without fear or favour, affection or ill-will. So help me God.".
6. A Jury must not only determine "what are the facts and what is the law, but judge the justice of the law, whether the law is appropriately being applied and what are the moral intentions of the parties, and finally bring in a verdict according to their conscience".
7. A Judge also swears an Oath of Allegiance to the Queen.
8. The Queen swears the Coronation Oath and receives the Holy Bible as "royal law", upon which all law hangs. "royal law" is the Commandments of "love the Lord, your God" and "love your neighbour".
9. At the Coronation, a prayer is spoken by the Archbishop when presenting the Queen with the Sword of State, that the Queen "may not bear the Sword in vain; but may use it as the minister of God for the terror of evildoers and for the protection and encouragement of those who do well,.." and "With this Sword do justice, stop the growth of iniquity, protect the holy Church of God, help and defend widows and orphans, restore the things that are gone to decay, maintain the things that are restored, punish and reform what is amiss, and confirm what is in good order.".
10. A Court must nullify and rebuke any law which is unjust, takes away one's rights, protects wrong or is in excess of the power granted by the Constitution to the Parliament to make such a law.
